Do I get to Approve the artwork?
Yes, That is one of the great things about digital oil paintings. You can approve and make changes to the painting. This is done before the final phase of printing and brushstrokes.
Do I have to have a digital file?
No, you do not have to have a digital file for any of our services but the digital files are better if you have them. If you use a print we will have to scan the image in and you loose starting detail when this process has to be done. Although most of the time this does not matter sometime it does.
Can I have duplicates and different sizes?
Yes, That is the best thing about Artistic Touch Studio. After the painting is done you can have as many copies as you like at any size. This is also true with the Canvas prints.
Do I get a digital file of the work?
We provide a digital file of all the work we do on a CD or DVD for your personal files.
How do I find out the cost on your products and Services?
You will need to register with us and after we make our initial contact with you we will give you the Gallery shop entry information.

How do I place an order and get my files to you?
After you have registered and received your registered user information you can simply shop like you do on other websites. Put the Items you would like in your shopping cart. Pay for your order then you will be redirected back to our site at this time you will click on the Image upload button on the top of your page and upload your files.
What size files can I upload?
You can upload a file as big as 2GB. You can only upload one file at a time, so if you have multiple images you may want to Zip the file and then send it although this is not necessary.
